Section Manager Equipment Engineering

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance procedures and projects are being implemented efficiently.
• Ensure equipment operation procedures and maintenance programs are in place.
• Drive improvements, initiate problem solving and develop creative engineering solutions to achieve low cost, better quality, improved capabilities and higher efficiency.
• Report all issues within operational area on planned basis.
• Enforce improvement process and risk assessments for manufacturing areas.
• Develop competencies and skills of all technical engineering staff to improve plant equipment performance.
• Ensure high equipment performance, maximize equipment up time. Minimize tester downtime and board downrate.
• Ensure all regulatory standards are followed along with health and safety and environmental.
• Manage Engineering staff and ensure high productivity performance at engineering section.
