Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Prepare, review, and follow up on customer quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate with the sales and engineering teams to obtain technical and pricing information for quotations.
- Maintain customer records, files, and office documentation.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents.
- Handle office supplies, filing, and general administrative tasks.
- Support management with day‑to‑day office operations.
