Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Prepare, review, and follow up on customer quotations and proposals.
  • Coordinate with the sales and engineering teams to obtain technical and pricing information for quotations.
  • Maintain customer records, files, and office documentation.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents.
  • Handle office supplies, filing, and general administrative tasks.
  • Support management with day‑to‑day office operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information.
