Job Description
The Engineering Lead should be comfortable working with a diverse set of contractors and customer personnel using strong interpersonal skills to contribute to the assessment, integration, testing and fielding of wide-ranging technologies and advanced concepts. Track, manage, and resolve technical issues. This position will serve as the Technical SME role for technical resources across the NUWC program.
• Lead the day-to-day execution activities of the Engineering team in conjunction with the Program Manager
• Identify technical continuous improvement and project execution efficiencies
• Develop and implement improvements to existing processes and practices
• Conduct investigation to understand root cause of issues and problems
• Develop and lead strategy for a large intel focused organization for improving and creating processes or systems based on in-depth understanding of customer objectives in combination with market forces, the competitive l...
