Roles available

Teaching Assistants (TA)
Support pupils in lessons, either in small groups or 1:1
Help students stay focused and confident in their learning
Work closely with teachers and SEN teams
Ideal if you enjoy supporting young people and making a difference day to day
Behaviour Support / SEMH Support
Support students who need extra help with behaviour or emotional regulation
Use calm, positive approaches to de-escalate situations
Build trusted relationships with pupils who find school challenging
