Secondary Complexity Teachers (1.0 FTE) - Continuous

The successful candidate

will collaborate with school administration, classroom teachers and support staff to strengthen foundational academic, regulation, and learning readiness skills that contribute to long-term student success. Core responsibilities: Provide in class support for diverse student needs Support a push-in and/or pull-out model Flexes between student support and in class support Provides real time, responsive 1:1 support for urgent behavioural, academic, mental-health needs or safety interventions Individual and small group programmingAssisting students with regulation, organization, attention and readiness for learningResponsible for school level reporting and documentation Qualifications: Bachelor of Education degree Valid Alberta Teaching Certificate Effective organization and classroom management skills Ability to create a learning environment where students feel safe, supported, and challenged Excellent verbal and written skills Experience or ...
