The Assistant Principal (Academic) is a key member of the Secondary Senior Leadership Team. The role focuses on improving the quality of the curriculum, pedagogy and assessment; ensuring high-quality academic quality assurance systems and strengthening staff performance and student outcomes across the Secondary School. The post-holder will work closely with the Head of Secondary, the Academic Leadership Team, Heads of Department, and Pastoral leaders to create the best possible environment for learning.
