# Second CookCrest Hotel in Prince Rupert* Prince Rupert## DescriptionWe're hiring a Second Cook at the Crest Hotel in Prince Rupert, BC to join our culinary team at our hotel restaurant kitchen for the Waterfront Restaurant and Charley's Lounge.Preparing and cooking delicious meals for our guests at the Crest Hotel is the primary responsibility for this role. We're looking for someone with at least 1–3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, including catering for large groups and preparing seafood. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen and uphold a commitment to excellence in all culinary tasks.This role works as part of a team of culinary professionals, and so strong leadership experience, including in managing teams and collaborating with multiple departments is important.There's a learning curve to this role, so we're looking for someone who can actively engage in training programs and who is willing to seek additional training as needed.
