As an Occupational Therapist, you'll work full-time at Sechelt Hospital. This role emphasizes the assessment, planning, and implementation of goal-directed therapy. Engage in quality improvement initiatives and attend meetings to further develop occupational therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient occupational performance using evidence-based methods
• Plan and implement individualized therapy services
• Evaluate effectiveness and maintain accurate patient records
• Participate in interdisciplinary research and education
• Advocate for Indigenous Cultural Safety in care delivery

Requirements:
• Full registration as an Occupational Therapist in BC
• Eligible for CAOT membership
