Seat Plastics Design & Release Engineer

Ford Motor Company seeks a Seat Plastics Engineer to lead the design and release of plastics parts for new models and ongoing development. You will guide seat plastics development from early stages through industrialization, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet design rules and regulatory requirements.

The role requires experience in seat system design, GD&T, and product verification, with travel to Dearborn and supplier sites as needed.
