Seat Components Cost Engineer – Should-Cost & Optimization

Capgemini Engineering in Mexico is seeking a Costing Analyst to develop and maintain 'Should Cost' analyses for Seat Components within automotive programs. You will base estimates on BOMs, drawings, and part specs to help meet cost targets.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, and Vehicle Program teams, provide data-driven cost deltas for RFQs and changes, and present findings to program teams. Proficiency in cost databases and English communication is valued.
