Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accountability for safety, quality, and team performance
• Enforce Seaspan's safety and quality processes
• Assign tasks and manage trade employee performance
• Work with Trade Development Managers for skill upgrades
• Promote a respectful, harassment-free workplace
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering mandatory
• Recognized Pipefitter or Steamfitter certification required
