Seasonal Maintenance Worker (Custodial)

Summary Performs simple and routine work involved in the maintenance and repair of grounds, exterior structures, buildings and related utilities, requiring the use of a variety of trade practices associated with occupations such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical, cement work, painting, and other related trades. Responsibilities Temporary maintenance workers perform a variety of building and utility maintenance and general maintenance duties for the Buildings and Utilities, Road, Trails and Grounds, Platte River Campground, and the Manitou islands. Work will include: Buildings and Utilities - You may be assigned to assist journeyman carpenters, plumbers, and electrician with projects related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, heating, air conditioning, masonry, and routine maintenance of generators.
