Sea Operation Executive

Role Description

The Sea Operation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day sea freight operations, including booking shipments, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and company procedures. The Sea Operation Executive will liaise with shipping lines, agents, customers, and internal teams to monitor cargo movements, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely departures and arrivals. The role includes tracking shipments, updating systems and records, managing freight quotations, and supporting billing and invoicing processes. The Sea Operation Executive will contribute to process improvement, maintain accurate operational reports, and uphold high service standards.
