Responsibilities

User-Centric Development & Adoption

• Conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve experience.
• Define and track UX success metrics (adoption, task success, time‑to‑insight, user sentiment) and use them to prioritize design work.
• Create and maintain design prototypes and reusable UX components for scalability.
• Support adoption by ensuring dashboards are self‑explanatory and decision‑oriented.
• Use behavioral analytics and A/B testing to drive evidence‑based, continuous improvement.
