Scrum Master - Agile Delivery Lead (AI Prototyping)
Contract Length: 1 Year
Location: Calgary, Alberta
As the Agile Delivery Lead (AI Prototyping), you will champion agile delivery for a high-performing, rapid-response AI prototyping team. This role requires a unique blend of deep Agile mastery and technical fluency in modern data ecosystems. You will partner with brilliant data scientists, AI engineers, and product owners to accelerate the delivery of generative AI, predictive modeling, and automation initiatives across the organization's footprint.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, driving adoption of Agile best practices within the AI POD.
- Partner with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize AI-focused backlogs. Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and mitigate delivery risks to maintain sprint momentum.
