What you will do- Facilitate Scrum processes and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles.
- Lead dailies, manage sprints, remove impediments, and ensure optimal use of JIRA Cloud.
- Hands-on design, create, and refine dashboards in Jira Cloud.
- Implement continuous improvement practices through Retrospectives and Kaizens.
- Coach team members to be able to take over the role of Scrum Master once coaching is complete.
