Summary
The Scrum Master is a connector, and enabler who helps teams do their best work, together. Rooted in FGF’s culture of ownership and learning, they create the conditions for teams to thrive by fostering trust, clarity, and continuous improvement.
You will help establish Agile ways of working across technology teams that are early in their Agile journey. This role requires a hands‑on coach who can build trust, introduce practical Agile practices, and adapt Scrum and Kanban approaches to fit the needs of the team.
