CTG is seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master II to support our client’s Agile delivery teams. This role is ideal for an experienced Agile practitioner who excels at servant leadership, coaching cross-functional teams, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have experience working in a Scaled Agile environment and a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, tools, and best practices.
**Location:** Buffalo, NY
**Duration:** 6 months
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, guiding them through Scrum, Kanban, and XP practices.
+ Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
+ Coach teams on Agile principles, user stories, story mapping, TDD, ATDD, continuous integration, and other Agile practices.
