About the job
The Scrum Master’s primary responsibility is assisting self-organizing, self-managing teams to achieve their goals. The Scrum Master also work with the extended Scrum Master community, including Release Train Engineers to increase the effectiveness of SAFe across the teams. In the scrum master role you will be working with Integration Hub teams.
Responsibilities
Facilitates the team’s progress toward team goals
Facilitates preparation and readiness for ART events
Facilitates events
Facilitates the removal of impediments and help handling risks
Support Product Owners
Leads team efforts in relentless improvement
Exhibits Lean-Agile leadership
