Your role

We're looking for a Scrum Master Chapter Leader to guide Agile transformation within ABB's Smart Power Division. In this key position, you'll oversee the rollout and adoption of Agile practices, building a culture of ongoing improvement and data-informed decision-making. As part of the Power Distribution Alliance, you will lead Scrum Masters in the Distribution & Energy Management and Protection & Switching agile units, working alongside two Agile Unit Leads and an Alliance Agile Coach to deliver high-quality results.
