Scrum master

Role Purpose

The Scrum Master will enable agile delivery within the Subscription Products team, by fostering collaboration, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires a proactive mindset, adaptability, and strong commitment to supporting teams across multiple geographies and time zones.

Key Responsibilities Agile Leadership & Liability – Champion Scrum principles and practices across the team. Facilitate ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Retrospectives). Proactive Impediment Management – Identify and address impediments early, support teams to resolve where possible and escalating when necessary. Work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to maintain a smooth delivery flow.
