For our office in adesso Spain, we are looking for an experienced Scrum / Agile Master to join our team and support agile software development initiatives. You will guide teams through agile processes, ensure successful project delivery, and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to agile principles and best practices
Support teams with a basic technical understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud environments
Use Jira and Confluence to track progress, manage documentation, and report metrics
Facilitate workshops and visual collaboration using Miro
Coach teams to improve self-organization, accountability, and performance
