Responsibilities

• Perform live quality control (QC) of all screening data and ensure compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Correct raw and derived data and ensure all corrections are completed.
• Advocate a high level of customer service and quality within the department.
• Protect the confidentiality of clinical trial participants and sponsors.
• Track data queries and ensure corrections are completed in a timely manner.
• Identify error trends and report trends to departmental management.
• Answer QA findings, data management queries, generate DCRs, and report deviations as necessary.
