SCM-Manufacturing Engineering (Local)-Mianyang

Job Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Management: Testing equipment upgrade, in-house development/introduction, TPM maintenance planning, usage standards, platform/product data organization and analysis, and achievement of MTTR targets;


2. Equipment Maintenance: Test abnormality handling, functional and circuit-level troubleshooting and repair, and investigation of issues related to associated programs;


3. Equipment Development and Upgrade: Lead the introduction, validation, and acceptance of external testing equipment; perform functional upgrades according to requirements; and independently design and build certain equipment;


4. Pilot Production Testing: Review and validate testing resources for new products, and cooperate with R&D teams on testing and debugging activities;


5. Daily work assignment and skill development of technicians.
