**Role Purpose**:
The S&CM In Store Excellence Coordinator plays a critical role in driving retail execution excellence within our markets.
This position is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the measurement frameworks that track key in-store performance indicators, ensuring that merchandising and promotional activities align with strategic objectives.
The coordinator serves as a key liaison between field teams and internal stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making through comprehensive reporting and insightful analysis in order to to optimize sell out and market share
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Maintaining and updating KPI tracking tools to monitor compliance with execution standards such as second display activation, share of shelf, primary exhibition of POS materials, and merchandiser service level (MSL) adherence.
