Manage the scientific editorial division, including budget, KPIs, processes, and deliverables, and lead a team of Scientific Editors. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the scientific editorial division, including overseeing budget, KPIs, processes, and deliverables.
- Lead a skilled team of Scientific Editors, determining resourcing, selecting the best team, and facilitating professional development.
- Oversee quality assurance functions and processes to support editor decision‑making.
- Establish, maintain, and enact scientific editorial policies in collaboration with the Scientific Editorial Director.
