Scientific Customer Success Partner

JoVE seeks a Customer Success Specialist to help scientists at biopharma companies worldwide integrate JoVE videos into lab workflows and training programs. You will drive adoption, engagement, and long-term usage by delivering demos, training, and ongoing support.

You will engage with researchers, quality and manufacturing teams, coordinate demonstrations, and contribute to renewals through proactive education and trusted scientific partnership.
