TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream secondary school in York that is seeking to appoint a Science Teacher. The school is committed to providing a high-quality education within a supportive and inclusive environment, where students are encouraged to develop both academically and personally.
The school is looking to take on a dedicated Science Teacher on a long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful Science Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4, maintaining high expectations in the classroom and supporting students to achieve their full potential.
The successful Science Teacher will have:
• QTS with a Science specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching Science across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4
• Excellent classroom management skills
