As an integral part of the Heart Function clinic, your role as a Registered Nurse involves delivering comprehensive care ranging from triaging referrals to administering therapies. You will work closely with patients and their families to address their diverse needs. Your expertise will also be crucial in utilizing technology like the Medly application to enhance patient interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient health and document vital signs
• Perform ECGs, intravenous therapy, and venipuncture
• Participate in the education and support of patients
• Update and maintain Medly application records
