Job Description

The LifeWorks School is seeking a compassionate, organized, and proactive to provide systemwide support for students, families, and school teams. This position will serve as the primary liaison between home, school, community providers, and outpatient services to ensure students receive the support they need to be successful both academically and emotionally.

The ideal candidate would have experience coordinating community resources, supporting families through complex systems, improving student attendance, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to reduce barriers to student success.
