A school psychologist position is available at a K-12 school located in Belton, TX, offering a contracted opportunity for the current school year (CSY). This role focuses on delivering comprehensive psychological services to support the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to guide educational planning and interventions
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention to students as needed
- Offer consultation and training to school personnel on behavioral management and mental health strategies
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to foster a supportive learning environment
