POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for the preventative maintenance and repair of Center facility, grounds and systems. MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISION Supervises maintenance staff in the absence of the Facility Manager/Supervisor. May provide supervision and training to Job Corps Work-Based Learning students and leisure time student workers.
RESPONSIBILITIES o Follows all integrity guidelines and procedures and ensures no manipulation of student data. o Performs repair and preventive maintenance to the facility, grounds and systems. o Inspects the work of other maintenance personnel. o Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching. o Researches and recommends purchase of replacement equipment as needed. o May be asked to oversee th...
