School IT End-User Support & Systems Admin

Taaleem is seeking an IT End-User Support specialist to provide complete desktop support for school technology users. The role blends customer service with technical skills to troubleshoot hardware, software and peripheral issues across our campuses.

You will manage and prioritize support calls, install and maintain software, hardware, and devices, and handle ADDS tasks while supporting iOS devices and IT equipment across facilities.
