Support student wellness as a School Counsellor/Teacher, focusing on academic and emotional development. Engage actively in career exploration and program assistance for students.
We are seeking a dedicated individual for a Counsellor/Teacher role on our School Based Team. Candidates should possess, or be willing to obtain, a Master’s Degree in Counselling. Key responsibilities include counseling students, aiding in course selection, and working collaboratively with parents and school staff to implement supportive programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote academic success and emotional well-being of students
• Assist in career exploration and course/program selection
• Maintain regular parental meetings for student support
• Collaborate with faculty to develop educational programs
• Work with Learning Services to enhance student services
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Counselling or commitment to complete
