Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized School Clerk to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist in record-keeping, student documentation, and general office tasks to ensure smooth school operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update student records and files
- Assist with enrollment and registration processes
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from parents and students
- Prepare reports, letters, and other school documents
- Coordinate with teachers and school staff for administrative support
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Clerical or Admin courses
- With experience in administrative or clerical work is an advantage
