Job Overview

Supply Team Education is recruiting a School Caretaker on behalf of a Primary School in central Cardiff. The role is part‑time 15 hours per week, typically from 7:30 am opening the school to 6 pm closing, with possible variations based on school requirements. Candidates must be able to start immediately and live locally.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure the school buildings and set the intruder alarms.
• Support the cleaning staff by moving stock, unblocking toilets, etc.
• Perform minor maintenance as required.
• Remove general and recycled waste to the main bin area.
• Deliver goods received to staff.
• Pick litter from the site, empty litter bins and keep drains free of litter and leaves.
• Replenish toilet rolls, soap and blue towels in Staff and Pupil WCs as required.
• Escort contractors across the site as necessary.
