**Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based**
**Location:** Eugene, OR
**Schedule:** Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week
**Contract Length:** 9 Months
**Start Date:** August 24, 2026
**Pay Rate:** $72/hour

**Position Overview**
We are seeking two experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students, teachers, and special education teams throughout Lane Education Service District (LESD). The BCBA provides consultation, training, behavioral evaluations, and development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students with academic and behavioral needs.
This role serves as a clinical and educational resource by assessing student needs, coaching staff, supporting evidence-based behavioral practices, and ensuring quality behavioral service delivery within school settings.
