Job Description Job Description Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required. Sunbelt is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team and contribute to our mission of empowering individuals and their families through evidence-based interventions. This position is located near San Juan Bautista, CA and is full-time for the school year. The caseload for this position is no more than 20 students, ages 3-5 and grades 7-12. Responsibilities: Support & consult Direct services, data collection, and develop systems and procedures Implement and oversee behavior intervention programs, ensuring fidelity and effectiveness. Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals for consistent implementation of behavior plans.
