Scheme Coordinator

Location: Malton Fold, Belfast

Hours: 30 per week

Salary: £27,254 (SP9) – £30,024 (SP15) per annum, pro rata

Employment: Fixed term up to 9 months

Responsibilities

• Play a vital role in the independent living schemes, managing day‑to‑day operations to enable tenants to live confidently, independently and positively in their own homes.
• Ensure the safe and smooth operation of each scheme.
• Provide tailored welcome and induction, liaise on tenants’ behalf with statutory or voluntary agencies, and offer support during emergencies.
• Arrange and coordinate social events and individual housing support plans.
• Oversee the physical environment to maintain safety, cleanliness and general upkeep.
