- Main TasksCoordinate accurate and efficient product shipments to meet customer requirements.

Monitor and manage all customer orders using SAP (manual and EDI).

Transmit ASN (Advance Shipping Notices) as needed for shipments.

Maintain continuous communication with customers, addressing urgent needs and expediting countermeasures.

Analyze demand adherence, ensuring compliance with shipping schedules and reporting.

Correct scheduling plans (accumulated quantities, transit balances, ASN/receipt verifications).

Negotiate delays and pending orders with internal teams to align delivery plans.
