KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Cost Control
- Implement project cost control standards and procedures in accordance with Company requirements.
- Set up and maintain the project cost baseline in the corporate cost control systems.
- Prepare Value of Work Done, accruals, forecasts, and cost reports with the required frequency.
- Monitor approved cost baselines and perform variance analysis, identifying deviations between committed cost, approved budget, VoWD, and actual cost, distinguishing scope changes and foreign exchange impacts.
