Scaffolder Supervisor
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Scaffold Supervisor to support ongoing maintenance, and shutdown works at the Albemarle Mine Site.
This role is responsible for leading scaffold crews, ensuring compliance with site and statutory requirements, and managing work fronts through digital systems (SAP & Airtable).
The successful candidate will be hands-on, organised, and capable of working within a fast-paced shutdown environment.

- Handover certificates
- Inspection records
- Supervise scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling activities in accordance with AS/NZS standards and site procedures
- Lead and coordinate scaffold teams, including Leading Hands and Scaffolders
