Job Description
Accenture is looking for an Operations Technology Service Coordinator in Saskatoon who can effectively manage OT support within a mining Integrated Operations Center. You will be crucial in maintaining operational stability and safety by responding to alarms and coordinating troubleshooting.
As a part of our multidisciplinary team, you will monitor service performance and execute necessary changes under supervision. Your role includes managing incidents, collaborating across teams, and enhancing procedures to align with client service needs while ensuring safety standards are upheld at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and validate OT operational dashboards
• Acknowledge and escalate alarms appropriately
• Log incident details and ensure SLA adherence
• Execute approved low-risk changes as needed
• Collaborate with on-site teams for troubleshooting
