Job Description
Overview
The SAS Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the programming deployment of our data collection is error-free. SAS is the tool used to cleanse, test multiple cases, and verify that all programming requirements are met. The person will assist in ensuring all codes are accurate before going live with data collection.
Responsibilities
- Learn and develop a thorough understanding of the market research processes and tools used in conducting the research from a technical standpoint.
- Translate the logic involved in a project into SAS code in a timely fashion.
- Generate test data and ensure its validity using SAS in accordance with the project specifications.
- Test, identify, and resolve all the issues in the projects that can affect the collection of valid data on a day-to-day basis.
- Maintain the written SAS codes and the respective project documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
