Key Responsibilities
- Extract and analyze large volumes of transactional data from Amazon Redshift databases, including both header and detail-level transaction records for restaurant locations.
- Develop and maintain SAS programs to retrieve data for selected stores, products, pricing scenarios, and business channels.
- Perform monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc Quality Control (QC) validations on Price Mix reporting processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Conduct data reconciliation between source systems, Redshift tables, and downstream reporting outputs.
- Calculate and validate key business metrics, including:
- Weighted Average Price (WAP)
- Mean (Average) Price
- Mode Price
- Net Sales
- Gross Sales
- Guest Counts
- Units Sold
- Channel-Level Performance Metrics
