• Detailed configuration - FI-CA components:
• Payments (including Cash Desk and Returns)
• Account Determination
• Settlement Rules
• Collection Agencies
• Write-Offs / Value Adjustments
• Refunds
• Security Deposits
• Installment Plans
• Experience with all implementation phases, including business process blueprint, detailed design, configuration, Testing, and support
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven Experience in CCS: Billing, Device Management (DM), Customer Service (CS), and the CIC.
