What You'll Do:
Support all technical aspects related to the SAP environment, including helpdesk requests, maintenance, implementation, and optimisation.
Monitor and investigate technical errors within SAP and its interfaces, resolving issues or escalating as necessary.
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to functional teams and business users.
Participate in testing new system enhancements and interfaces across the SAP landscape.
Document technical designs, specifications, and test plans for SAP solutions.
