Job Description
Drive HR system enhancements with Inter Pipeline as a Senior Analyst focused on SAP SuccessFactors in Calgary. This role seeks a detail-oriented analyst with technical HRIS expertise.
You will take charge of HR technology processes, reporting to the Supervisor of HR Systems. The Senior Analyst will work collaboratively with IT partners and the Total Rewards team to support system configurations, troubleshooting, and data analysis. A solid foundation in HRIS, particularly Compensation and Time & Absence modules, is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to enhance SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Manage quality testing of new system enhancements
• Support the Total Rewards team with configurations
• Provide user support while resolving system issues
• Conduct regression tests for system releases
