This is not a build or config role. It’s a senior diagnostic engagement.
Mandate: Short-term (5-day) “quick and dirty” assessment of their current SAP environment.
Objective : Review their existing SAP architecture, reporting structure, and master data to identify inefficiencies and provide recommendations to simplify and optimize.
