Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end program execution and governance, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
• Manage day-to-day program planning, delivery execution, and inter-workstream coordination.
• Lead integrated program schedule, risk management, RAID logs, and status reporting routines.
• Coordinate across System Integrator, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure delivery success.
• Drive governance routines, reporting cycles, decision logs, and milestone reviews.
• Oversee delivery of key phases: To-Be design, Build, Test, Cutover, Hypercare.
• Ensure dependencies, blockers, and escalations are proactively identified and resolved.
• Support the Program Director in Steering Committee preparation and reporting.
• Enforce quality control and manage the delivery performance of the System Integrator (SI).
